How do I get the Bing icon to show in the desktop Search Box?
The Bing icon will only appear when there's no search highlight to display. Unfortunately, that's integrated with the Search highlights feature or the small pictures you see on the search box. If you want to open Bing in a new tab, you can click on the taskbar search box and click the Bing icon on the top right corner of the flyout.
