Hi - current internet customer here looking to add a TV package. I've researched how to install the primary X1 box but have not been able to find much on how to hook up an additional TV. My primary box will be in the basement and the secondary will be on the first floor. Will I have to run coax from the primary to the secondary?

@user_0gzuqm . We do apologize for any inconvenience, I do hope you enjoyed your holiday week so far. With the order being placed on a Friday and the current holiday, There can be delays with the order from our warehouse to UPS, per your tracking number it just appears that UPS is waiting on the package to be picked up so they can process it to be delivered.

If you had the HDMI running to a separate TV from the box, and also the coax to a different TV, the connection established first would get the priority. 👍

We just switched to xfinity and have the XB6-T and XG2v2-P set up on our “main” TV (where the coaxial cable is connected). We were told a second tv would just need a wireless box to have xfinity tv. (I don’t want to use Xfinity Stream on that second tv - I want the same functionality as the main tv - pause, rewind, etc.)
